Mark Shaw - Director
Mark is both a CRM Certified Consultant and a Premier Trainer. His initial CRM certification was as an SAP CRM Consultant. He has his Business Degree from the University of Massachusetts.
Mark's area of focus within the world of CRM is in Energy Efficiency. He designed a Sales Database for the largest European provider of Natural Gas. He has also designed Energy Efficiency Project Tracking databases for several of the largest and most well known energy and gas utilities on both east and west coasts.
Prior to being CRM certified, Mark used his unique combination of sales and marketing experience to set up and lead successful sales teams for several firms, including Xerox.
As Project Manager for many of our larger CRM implementations, he strives to assist companies in developing Sales, Marketing and Service strategies that streamline their processes and vastly increase their profit margin. As a CRM Trainer, he is known for his keen ability to present technical information in a meaningful and understandable manner.
