Web Based Support
Utilizing desktop streaming, Accent Gold Solutions can log on to your computer remotely to solve your problems. Fast. And because we're seeing the same screen, your users will learn as we guide them to a solution. No more waiting for the tech guy to show up. No more incomprehensible telephone instructions. And the procedure is totally secure. We log on only with your permission.
Administration
Accent Gold Solutions can help you save time and keep your database up-to-date by means of our flexible maintenance plans. We manage all synchronization, data backs-ups, report creation as well as any other customized procedures that are critical to your business. We can also provide you with database reports for you to manage your users with regards to their database syncronization.
On-Site Support
We provide traditional on-site support. Accent Gold Solutions can provide this via a contract or subscription basis as well as set up a method for responding to ad hoc requests for help. On-Site appointments are subject to a two hour minimum plus travel charge.
