Microsoft Dynamics Jumps by 19 Percent

July 27th, 2011 by

Microsoft Dynamics: Consistent Performance Ratings

Last June 30, Microsoft Dynamics operation closed out the year with a bang, reporting an impressive revenue in the software business that is 19 percent higher than what is yielded in the last quarter of the fiscal year of 2010. This truly deserves applause because of its consistency to be at the top of its game, as shown by its top performance of being 10 percent higher every year. These are all being highlighted in the company’s earnings report for 2011.

Microsoft Business Division

Despite all these numbers, a select few still choose to be the skeptics. But that’s understandable, in a world that’s tight in competition. But the fact is, those numbers support the spreading whispers and acclamations that June with Microsoft Dynamics was one of the best months ever. Conventional practice had taught us that the percentage changes are the only numbers released about Microsoft Business Solutions and Dynamics. Actual results are being kept safe by its parent Microsoft Business Division.

Microsoft Dynamics Expectations

Nevertheless, this growth had outranked the expected rise of projects in the Microsoft Business Division. Hard facts will reveal that the division yielded fourth quarter revenue of $5.78 Billion. That’s a 7 percent jump from revenue of $5.38 Billion in 2010. Exciting things are even being broadcasted to arrive, especially with the addition of Exchange, Sharepoint, and Link to the multi-year agreements. We are surely being prepped up for brighter things with Microsoft Dynamics.

SugarCRM Upgrades and Business Timelines

July 20th, 2011 by

Importance of CRM Upgrades to a Business Timeline

The best thing about getting SugarCRM Upgrades is the assurance that this is done according to a user’s timeline in relevance to how tasks are ranked, which is also according to importance in the operations of the business. It is one thing to get you a CRM Business Software System; it is a different thing to get it upgraded. For a business, the most crucial step is to deploy applications that will either make or break the goals of the operations. In the past, businesses have been stressed by CRM Solutions that demand to be adjusted for by existing business systems in order for its features to work according to its configuration. With SugarCRM Version 5, users will be relieved to know that it had been engineered to accommodate its customers’ needs and allows users to follow their own timeline.

SugarCRM Upgrades versus Salesforce.com Upgrades

Just like any other CRM Solutions, SugarCRM also comes with available features that can be added as CRM upgrades to the current subscription. However, other providers such as Salesforce.com seem to force its offered upgrades to its clients by automatically deploying these add-ons according to its own implemented timeline even when it doesn’t coincide with the timeline of the business or when it is not needed by the business at a certain point in time. The implication of this is highly critical because it takes for granted whatever has been set by the business, hence the complete disregard for existing business system framework.

User-Authorized SugarCRM Upgrades

Meanwhile, a SugarCRM Subscription gives the business the power to decide on the plotting of its course of operations. While it may be true that it also offers its own timeline, it can only implement its CRM upgrades only when authorized by the user. This means that the user can delay the implementation of an upgrade to avoid a possible interference with mission-critical projects. This is very important, given the freedom that can be enjoyed by the client to run his own business.

SugarCRM vs Salesforce.com Backups – Who owns your data

July 19th, 2011 by

A Quick Look at who owns your CRM Data

All CRM Comparison results always lead to the reconciling fact that all CRM solutions have 2 major aspects relevant to its CRM Data. These must be considered in choosing the software that’s right for your business. Business data information is very crucial in a business’ daily operations. It is where decisions are based on the current and future direction of the company. It is with this idea that makes these two aspects all the more important. The first aspect is the customer database. It is used by all companies to gather information and details about their customers, their needs, purchasing history, and trends that will plot future marketing plans. Without a doubt, these features spell out the utmost importance of this aspect. The second aspect of CRM data is its object relationships between accounts, contacts, opportunities, and all other customer records.

CRM Data Backups in the Hands of Salesforce.com

The good thing that happens when you compare CRM solutions is that you get to realize the most important things that matter for your business. Your CRM data is one aspect that comes to the limelight. For backup purposes, Salesforce.com only provides a flat data dump system to its customers that are void of any critical object relationships. This makes it very unreliable whenever a client decides to analyze data whenever offline or simply store backup data, both of which are very important tasks in an operation. It becomes more untrustworthy because of the fact that this situation would unable the client to have free access towards their own data.

CRM Data and Backups under SugarCRM

Luckily, comparing various CRM software programs will lead you to better alternatives. Apparently, SugarCRM has been proven to have provided its clients with a full database backup of its total data with all the object relationships intact. By using Sugar On-Demand, clients get to enjoy a daily dose of database backup system that can be restored in a client’s own database. This is very important, considering the common practice of businesses to install programs such as Sugar in their own data center. This means that they will have unlimited access to their own data.

CRM Backups – What’s the Big Deal?

Having a stable backup with unlimited access is a very big deal! A business would never survive without a sound contingency plan. And if you must conduct an objective CRM Comparison survey, you should consider this aspect very thoroughly. Ponder on the fact that a business online utility must serve its operations very efficiently. And that is one fact that you must never take risks with.
